Weak immune system is the biggest drawback of a person. Common cold and cough are the typical characters of winter season. It comes along with the severe sore throat. This is a viral infection and it really makes your body uneasy and your throat is over shadowed with pain. This leaves you very discomfortable eating routine. Your taste tongue goes away and starts irritating you.

Inorder to avoid this silly virus, keep your body protected by taking strict precautions. You must increase your immune system. Take good food along with winter equipments such as protect your self from cold. Stay at home when it’s too cold. Wear warm thick cloths.

Do a regular gurgling in the morning. Don’t neglect it; this really helps you to get rid off sore throat. The trick is to gargle atleast twice or thrice a day. This will decrease the severity and you will improve within a few days otherwise it stays for weeks.
The ingredients to use in boil water are a pinch of salt, ginger and black pepper. Boil them with water. Don’t use extreme hot water. Let it be a Luke warm otherwise you may burn your throat and tongue.

You can also go for cider vinegar gargle, a lemon juice mixture with honey. This can be taken in a day to relieve your irritation. If the situation goes out of your control you must consult a doctor. This will give the right direction and it will prohibit any wrong medication. If the case is not too painful, you can do away with the home remedies as given in the above lines. Go for herbal tea. This doesn’t cause you any side affects. Try to moisten your throat, sometimes due to dryness throat gets infected.

Wrap your neck portion with mufflers.  This will keep your body warm and provide relief to your throat.
