How to overcome bad body adour
Do you feel embarrassed when your body smell spreads out? Quite natural is not it?
Body adour is due to sweat and other skin secretions. Bacteria acts upon it. Armpit smell is unbearable. There is a particular gland called eccrine and is concentrated on palms soles and armpits.
There are measures you can develop to minimize. Avoid wearing dirty cloths; wash them properly on regular basis. Take bath twice a day or more to reduce the adour.
Here are some home made remedies you can apply. After every bath apply honey on tepid water and rinse off. Only a table spoon of honey, keep it in mind. Besides that, you can take alum, vinegar, baking soda, and boiled mint. Alum gives good and fresh smell.
There are certain things even you can do. You ask from chemist to give that soap and body spray which will actively work on it. Specially made for the purpose.
Apart from the above medication you must see your food habits also.
You must not go for certain foods that will aggravate your problem.
They are good sources to reduce your body smell.
Fish, pulses and grains which gives high protein. Red radish juice is a good source too. Drink lots of water and eat aniseed, they give you fresh smell.
The second category is that there are other types of food which you should never ever eat. You should avoid eating which is rich in leciting or cantine, such as soya,corn,weat,peanuts and chocolates,raisin,cereals,eggs,etc. They seem all good food but if you don’t want to carry an awefull bad body odour, you gotta do sacrifice.
Some personal tips, you should avoid wearing others cloths. This will not only help you but you are helping your near ones as well to remain healthy. This smell is quite menace.
If you are not suffering from it then avoid exchanging under garments. It is spread through exchanging your cloths. Body adour is a permanent smell. It can only be reduced and suppressed by applying the methods given in the above sentences.
