How To Lose Weight In Your Face

All those who wish to lose weight on the face can follow their regular weight loss program, coupled with some facial exercises to workout the muscles there.

You can also eat water — fruits and vegetables generally are full of it. On top of that, they’re high in fiber, which helps you feel full, so you’ll be less likely to reach for high-calorie snacks. Try keeping a bag of baby carrots at your desk instead of candy. And don’t start arguing that fruit makes you fat because it’s high in sugar. When was the last time you binged on cantaloupe, apples and oranges?

You can also follow some exercises such as with open eyes, look up and then down, keeping your head still. Repeat this ten times. Also look left and right in the same position. Repeat this ten times. Frown as much as possible and try to bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward one another. Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible as well. Repeat this five times.

Another way to do exercise is to lie on a flat bed, hanging your head over the edge. Raise your eyebrows as high as possible, opening your eyes wide. Relax and repeat ten times then sit upright, frown your eyebrows down over your eyelids, while wrinkling your nose as far up as possible. Hold this position for ten seconds. Relax and repeat five times. Aerobic exercise is also useful for losing weigh. You can lose weight without exercise but you will lose weight more quickly and be healthier if you include exercise in your weight loss plan.

Aerobic exercise three to four times a week for at least half an hour a session will burn calories and fat and raise your metabolism so that you burn calories and fat even while you are resting. Drink plenty of water. Believe it or not, drinking 8 glasses of water per day helps to rid of water retention in the body. The face holds a lot of water, so you will first notice the difference there.
