Cycling

Running
This is a very enjoyable exercise especially when done whiles listening to music. You can run or jog in the park in your neighborhood. It enables you to burn fat and tone down your thighs as well as the calves.

Swimming
Swimming can be a very adventurous exercise for those who want to dare. The first thing you can do is to join a group that engages in synchronized swimming.
This will make you have more fun during your sessions. If you don’t enjoy group swimming, you can decide of the strokes that will make you work more on your legs. Breaststroke and freestyle are examples of these. When swimming for bikini legs, the best thing is to alternate between two or more strokes.
Basketball or tennis
In addition to toning your legs, these two sports also improve and strengthen your back. They also help improve your co-ordination. You are sure that you will have a beautiful posture in addition to nice bikini legs when practicing any of these sports.
Having bikini legs is not just a matter of beauty; your legs get stronger and are more able to support your body. You become more confident as you move along on a pair of strong legs. With this information, you just have to choose one of the exercises listed above.
