How to Feel Sexy

By nature women like to feel sexy, but there are times when you just get into a slouch and don’t seem to be coming out of it. It’s just a state of mind and you must engage yourself in some interesting activity specially suited to your gender to pull yourself out of it. Here are a few of such activities that are sure to bring back that feeling of being a woman with sexiness associated with it.

Transform your attitude. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. We all know that a smile is infectious yet don’t seem to practice it as often. Smile benefits not only the beholder but the onlooker too. So, go out and smile at others, even strangers and reap the rewards.

Accept the fact that except for a very small minority, most of the women are not gifted with a perfect figure or attractive features. It’s O.K. if your eyes are not as wide but how about that awesome bust line you possess! Drive out negative thoughts. Learn to appreciate your personal assets and attributes. Accentuate the better and nearly perfect parts of your anatomy.

Love yourself. When did you last indulge in a luxurious bath or went out for a massage? If you can’t afford to go out, pamper yourself at home with the available resources. Shave your legs and arm pits. Follow it up with a bath by adding a different salt in the bathtub.

Bring some change to yourself and mind you it need not necessarily be expensive. Try a different shade of lipstick or a new perfume. Try a different color for your hair. You will be amazed to note the wonders it causes not only for you but also for those around you.

Bring around a change in your bedroom, spray it with a different perfume or decorate it with a new photograph and surprise your husband. Colorful candles are great to brighten any room.

Wear a dress from a material that makes you feel sensual and look good. Try silks, cashmere or even some synthetic materials.

Physical activity in any form is a great stress buster. Go for a dance, to try a new form. So what if you don’t have a figure for a belly dance. Light up your room, play some music and dance in the privacy of your room.
