How to dress according to the body type
Everybody has different body type in terms of weight, height, shape and structure. In order to dress up in a proper way one should take into consideration the shape of the body.
Particularly speaking there are three types of body shapes- endomorphs, mesomorphs and the ectomorphs. It is true that the body shape is in the hands of genes but one can change the look of the shape as desired by following the right diet pattern and exercise schedule.
The first thing to do in order to dress up is to decide what type of body you have. Endomorphs bodies have less muscle and are heavy boned. The person with this body type has more fats in the abdomen and have heavy breast. They generally have short legs.
The second category- Mesomorphs have more muscles and their body is evenly proportioned. This body type has the tendency to gain weight around the hip and thigh areas.
Then people with ectomorphic shape are long as well as thin and they have smaller hips and waist. This category of people has a problem in gaining weight.
You need to make an analysis that you fall in which category. Accept your body shape and try to be healthy rather than thin. Remember everybody cannot be thin and it does not mean that only thin people can lead a healthy life.
Choose the dress and accessories according to your body type. For example, people with a short neck should go in for high collars and short necklaces and if you have, short legs then go in for shoes, which have straps.
You can also opt for belts or a scarf hanging down to give the legs a longer look. For the wider look of the shoulder wear prints around the neck and over the shoulders. Prints can be used very cleverly to create a fuller body.
Remember that the small prints attract less attention but the larger prints attract more attention. Therefore, making the changes here and there according to the body types can give a very effective result.
The basic idea is to distract attention from what is not good in the body and attract attention to those areas which are perfect in your body.
