How to build a great body
We have very much admired the new look of john Abraham in movie dostana-a new hot bod, complete with a new butt. If you are dying to have same body build-up, then there are certain things that you have to keep in mind before you start up your fitness regime. Here are few tips listed below that will certainly help you in achieving a great body figure-just read them out!
For achieving general fitness, it is very important that you eat protein rich diet with moderate levels of carbohydrates and fats. Ensure that you eat 400 calories per day. Avoid eating fried and greasy foodstuffs. Also keep a note of sugary content in food items that you eat. Don’t be surprised to read that items like soda are high in sugar content. Make sure you never go more than four hours without eating, otherwise you will eat more than what is required by your body. You can always incorporate monosaturated fats into your diet. Last but not the least; keep record of all the food items that you eat along with their quantities.
Another way to achieve good body can be beginning your walking session. Make sure you continue this walking session until your fitness level improves to some extent. Moreover you can also join a gym and seek a trainer for a more professional advice. So don’t think much. Just go ahead! It’s never too late to think about your body isn’t it?
Make sure you remember that overtraining is a very easy trap to fall into. Many people become obsessed with the idea of perfect body figure and indulge into vigorous and dangerous levels of fitness and overdo things which ultimately affect their body. So, make sure you avoid this at any cost.
