Hot bollywood actresses revels their diet

Can you believe that Kareena Kapoor gorges on aloo ka paratha for breakfast. It doesn’t seems like it when you look at her zero sized figure, but that’s precisely what the actress starts her day with, she disclosed in a current interview.

What other actresses have in their belly in glitter glamour “I am extremely particular about what I eat and keep changing my diet according to the season,” says Hansika Motwani.

The formerly plumpy actress who shed 9 Kg for her latest film, Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, and has hang on to her slim avatar ever since. “Since its summer, I am at present on a liquid diet and eat lots of salads,” she says, “but on other days, I stick to cereals and boiled dal,” added Hansika.

Puja Gandhi of Mungaru Male fame also pursues a very firm diet. “I kick-start my day with half a litre of water, followed by sugar-free tea an hour later,” she said. Breakfast is at 8 am that is either idlis or cornflakes with cold milk. “I have an early lunch by 1 pm, which is chapattis, a big bowl of veggies and curds. I have khakra or popcorn for tea at 4 pm,” she says. Dinner is usually salad and Puja completely avoids carbs after 7 in evening. “And I love kaju burfi and can never give them up, so I pander to in them once a week,” she adds.

“Fortunately, I don’t put on weight easily. But because my profession demands me to be in shape, I watch what I eat,” says Ileana of Pokkiri fame. The artist doesn’t snack in between meals and sticks to a salad and soup diet while she’s shooting.

“I love pastries and biriyani and feast on them when I am on a long holiday,” says Ileana. But Ramya doesn’t consider in going on fancy diets. “I just watch my food and stay away from sweets and fried food. I eat on time and drink lots of water. And, starving oneself is not the right way to stay in shape, so I eat healthy all the time,” she declares.
