Use A Tongue Scraper
If the stains are tough ones and are not fading off with brush then use a tongue scraper after brushing your teeth. Simply run the scraper on your tongue. Do not scrape or run it vigorously because it can cause soreness in your tongue. Scrape your tongue twice a day.
