Apart from joint pains, backache too commonly strikes people irrespective of age. Both young and adults can experience backache at any given time. What causes back pains?
Majority of people don’t realize that back pains are actually a result of incorrect posture while sitting, standing or sleeping. In addition, if you are obese then you will most likely feel back pains.

However, the most affected individuals when it comes to acute back pains are pregnant women. This is because of the increasing weight they carry everyday, which causes too much strain in the back. Women wearing high-heeled shoes are also prone to back pains.

Homemade remedies and treatment for Backache
Generally, it is always advisable to seek professional help in case of any body illness, which also applies in case of backache, especially if the pain becomes unbearable. Do not procrastinate so that immediate attention can be properly given.

Take note that backache is usually difficult to heal. Thankfully, there are homemade remedies and treatment that might be able to alleviate the pain.

Give your back a gentle massage. You can use Eucalyptus Oil for this purpose and follow it with a good hot or steam bath. In this way, the stiffness in your back is loosened when the oil is absorbed completely in your skin. You can add Chamomile or Lavender in your bath water too.

Eat your fruits and vegetables. You will have to adjust your diet for some time in order to reduce your backache. Eating vegetables particularly Tomatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower or Spinach will do wonders in curing your back pains. Your best ally when it comes to fruits is Pineapple. Avoid eating Bananas during this time.

Fry Garlic in Sesame or Coconut Oil. This method will give you oil that is a good massaging solution. Give yourself a good 15 minutes massage with it and get an approximately 3-hour rest on your stomach. While you do that, frequently apply a hot towel compress on your back. Finish this procedure with a hot bath.

Above anything, maintain a good posture by keeping your back straight. Stretch your muscles every hour while at work or try to move around every 30 minutes in order to avoid muscle stiffness. In addition, make sure that your chair is properly aligned to your table. Your feet must touch the ground in order to spread your weight to the feet and buttocks.

Try to lose extra weights and refrain from gaining.
