Studies have found that a gene which may be connected with preeclampsia in few females rising hopes of a diagnostic test and untimely treatment.
Genetically engineered mouse that is lacking in an enzyme called COMT (catechol-O-methyltransferase), were discovered to develop preeclampsia.
