Herbal remedies are the buzz of natural alternative medicine today and is gaining popularity over the allopathic drugs. When the body suffers from any ailment, we have the habit to pop up a pill. 3. Constipation
The best laxative is the bael fruit followed by banana. Jack fruit and guava with seeds are also effective. Grapes, oranges at bedtime, papaya and lime with hot water are other natural remedies.
4. Arthritis :
This can be treated by various juices like the juice of raw potato slices soaked in cold water by the night and then drunk in the morning before having tea. Green vegetable juice with sugar beet is also a good remedy for joints. Similarly, sesame seeds extract may be prepared and consumed like the raw potato juice.
5. Acne :
The natural remedies for acne include the applying of grinded orange peel with water paste. Lemon may be squeezed and the juice applied on the spot. Garlic is also effective by virtue of its consumption (2 to 3 raw seeds) due to which the blood purifies. The paste of fenugreek leaves and cucumber juice is also effective.
