The health benefits of drinking wine come from moderate wine consumption, defined by the American Heart Association as one to two four-ounce glasses a day. All these studies points to one thing- In moderation, wine promotes Longevity, reduces the risk of heart-attack, stroke, cataracts, colon cancer, type 2 diabetes and brain decline.
