Healthy diwali
Are you into regular diet maintenance? The wind of change in diwali might just tempt you to eat
more. The festival has got many irresistible sweets and eatables. You will be bound to remain busy. Relatives will pour in your home.
There will be loads of delicious dishes which you just simply can’t ignore and even if you want but your relatives will not let you go so easily. In a way you will have to taste and pick up one from each relative, this will make up so much. At the end of the day you will have already gained so much calories.
So, what are the basic criteria you need to do? You don’t directly refuse when you are offered. Just give them excuse that you will have them later and in front of them just have a pinch of sweets, so that you are not frowned by them. Especially with elders you are not supposed to say no, for them it’s a traditional and they will not understand that you are under your diet regime. This little by little bite can really put back your calories and you know how much pain you took to lose.
During diwali please don’t forget to take care of your children. They can mess-up with something like health hazardous. So, play safe. There will be many colourful dishes and you will be dazed to eat or taste them. But mind you, you are to be cautious about your health.
If you are heart patient you must make a resolution that you will not grab something like oily food. If you are forced by friends and relatives, be assertive and prompt to tell them that you are under health treat. This will make them understand your situation. Being obese can really jeopardize your tomorrow. Hence, if you want to see your tomorrow please watch out your consumption in this diwali.
