As per the dietician when you are pregnant you are supposed to be eating double the quantity from the usual plate. You got to see that you are eating for your child too who is in your womb. It is mostly seen that mothers do not eat proper food which they become anaemic in the final stage which is not only harmful for her but fore baby as well.
It can be more difficult if you are a vegetarian and not aware of the right vitamins and minerals to take. However, for the non vegetarian, you have an option for taking eggs daily and fish in your meal. Remember you are eating for two people which mean you ought to increase your intake of calories to ten percent from the normal consumption.
You also need extra gram of protein per day- this you can obtain from milk. Drink plenty of milk every day. You may vomit at times but you must drink milk for your healthy baby. The most essential requirement in this context is to check the intake of iron, calcium, vitamin B12 and folic acid.
You must take iron contained food in order to avoid anemia. This dreadful disease is wide spread among women. There are many diseases store for you if its supplement is not taken. Make sure to take extra iron pills to supplement with iron contained food.
Eat plenty of leafy vegetables, figs, soymilk and milk for obtaining calcium. This will increase vitamin D too.
See that you are taking vitamin B12, This is rich in meat however, you can find it in milk and fortified plant foods. Make sure you take it. Don’t forget to grab which contains folic acid. This is vital for foetal brain development. Don’t panic, it is found in vegetables and fresh fruits. Eat fresh fruits daily to increase the building of folic acid.
