Gisele Bundchen takes in $38m in one year

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen stays the highest-earning catwalk queen after getting in more than $US35 million ($A37.55 million) in the year of 2007, as revealed by Forbes. Bundchen, 27, might have ended her long-standing agreement with Victoria’s Secret in 2007, but the light-haired beauty still got around 20 contracts and has also appeared in advertisements for Disney and Nivea among others.
Bundchen, the early girlfriend of Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio and current partner of American football player Tom Brady, brought in more than double the second highest paid model on the chart, Germany’s Heidi Klum. Klum, 34, got $US14 million from her modeling, media and fashion business interest.
The third on the list was Kate Moss, a British supermodel. Despite ending campaigns with many high-profile brands, the waif-like icon was able to get around $US7.5 million just by dint of the success of her fashion line. Moss also keeps work on for Donna Karan, Longchamp, Agent Provocateur, Yves Saint Laurent, Roberto Cavalli and Rimmel as stated by Forbes.
