Get Ready For Summer Fitness

With summer right around the corner, you want to make sure that you are ready to get into your favorite bikini or to wear one for the first time. With the right diet and exercise, you can be bikini ready just in time for the beach.
You need to have a cardio workout at least 3 to 5 times a week along with muscle toning exercises every other day in order to have the body that you want. Don’t forget to eat the right way to help things along. There are exercises that you can do to get an overall better appearance to look and feel better for the summer months.
Our lower body seems to be one of the biggest problem areas. From the waist down can be a little difficult without the right exercises. We all hate to have our thighs rub together so for this issue do wide plies. This exercise concentrates on your inner thigh muscles by standing with your feet a little wider than your shoulders and then bend till your knees are at a 45 degree angle. Tighten your thighs and hold for 5 sec and stand back up. Keep your back straight for good posture. Do this exercise 30 times.
To get rid of that extra skin on your upper thighs and underneath your tush, do walking lunges. These should be done for 20 steps. Start out by standing straight, your feet even with your shoulders and then step forward with your right foot. Bring your left knee almost to the ground and then push off and do the same with your right knee.
For tightening the tush, butt lifts are the perfect solution. You will want to lie on the ground and keep your elbows on the floor at all times. Bend your knees and lift your hips for the base position. Then, squeezing your tush muscles, hold for 5 seconds and release keeping your hips in the air. Do this routine 40 times.
Our hips need work too. Lie on your side and do 90 degree side leg lifts. Do these 30 times. Leg scissors are wonderful for your tummy. These should be done 20 times and remember to breath. And last but not least, to get rid of that extra flab that always seems to hang out of your bikini, wide push-ups will solve that problem. Do these ten times. Do them all or only the ones you need and get a bikini perfect body.
