Many health problems develop due to the irregular eating habits. Eating has to be healthy and balanced to provide all that is required for your body to be healthy. Fibre rich foods can solve many health problems like obesity, cardio vascular troubles, diabetics and many more. Small change in your diet with more fibre rich foods added can bring in lot more positive impact in your health. In this article, we will see some of the fibre rich foods which can be added in the daily diet. You can add many tasty fibre rich foods in your diet and make your meal healthy and tasty.

Select your favourite cereal and include in every meal of the day. You will need to take at least four grams of cereal in every serving.

Take lot more fruits in a day. Fruits are natural sources of fibre and can be taken at any time in a day. The fibre is rich in the skin of the fruits like apples and pears. So do not peel off such fruits and ignore the fibre rich skin of the fruit.

Include more vegetables in your diet. Vegetables are very rich in fibre and low in calories. Make a habit of having at least two servings of fresh vegetable salad before your meal. Vegetable salads not only fill the stomach, but also provide lot of fibre and minerals required for your body to be maintained healthy.

Take more beans and lentils in your diet. You can add cooked or baked beans in your food in many forms like sandwiches, salads, soups and sauce.

Substitute the white flour in your cooking with whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour is very rich in fibre. So try to substitute the white bread with whole wheat brown bread.

In your baking foods, you can add fibre rich substances like whole bran, oats or flax seeds. These ingredients can also be sprinkled on your salads and soups as a healthy dressing.
