The tie
If you have more than 20 ties, it doesn’t mean that you have the right tie. You need one that makes or breaks the ensemble altogether. When it becomes necessary to spend a bit more on a designer tie, you must choose one that will be unique to you alone. You don’t necessarily have to pay more for it. It doesn’t depend on the design. It could be a simple mono color tie but it can make a big difference.
Cufflinks and tie clip
Cufflinks are supposed to be jewelry for men. They add more effect to your shirt. There are sterling cufflinks and monogrammed ones. But there could be some unique designs adorned with stones like pearls which can add a new dimension to your style. A silver or gold tie is good for a perfect tie although they are thought to be for stuffy professions.
Belt
You should know that your belt must match your shoes. A stylish belt is a necessity if you want a strapping style. The best belt is a black one with a silver buckle. The buckle could be regular or plaque. You must add other belts to your collection – brown, canvas, and suede. But a black belt is great for dress pants, suits etc.
Watch
Every man needs a watch. This is the only jewelry a man cannot afford not to have. You need a watch that shows elegance, power and sophistication. The style of your watch should be a reflection of your personality. You don’t have to limit yourself to a particular brand. You have a lot you can choose from.
It is good to know how to dress. But knowledge of the accessories that best suits you is a plus. This is what makes the difference between you and the normal guy.
