Living with bone problems is not easy. If you are someone who has bone problems then you probably don’t get around that much. Or if you do move around, it is probably quite painful. The pain makes it hard to move around freely and it can be quite scary.

Did you ever wonder what causes these problems? Well, here is one cause. Many people who suffer from bone problems do so because they have an unbalanced pH level.

By balancing the body’s pH, you can rid yourself of bone problems and get on the road to good health. If the pH in your blood is not at its optimal level, then your bones can become weak. It is best to have your bone pH at 7.35.

If you don’t maintain a healthy pH levels, your cells will be prohibited from functioning properly which can set the whole body off. Our body is made up of many small cells. When our cells are affected, it affects our organs and bones. This can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Our bones need minerals to remain healthy. One mineral that is essential to our bones is calcium. When we eat too much acid it affects our bones negatively.

This is because the acidity neutralizes the good minerals that are provided from alkaline foods. So to keep our bones healthy, we need to eat more alkaline foods. A low alkaline level can cause osteoporosis.

To follow an alkaline diet, you should make sure that the food you eat has between 75%-80% alkaline components. The remainder of the food can be acidic. Fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods.
