Banana Split Smoothie
For making this, you need ½ cup 1% milk, 2 crushed ice-cubes, 2 teaspoons whey powder, ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 banana and 1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until it is smooth. It has 171 calories per serving.

Halle’s Berry Smoothie
For preparing this, you need ¾ cup instant oatmeal, 2 teaspoon whey powder, ¾ cup mixed frozen berries, ¾ cup skim milk, and 3 crushed ice-cubes. Blend the ingredients in the blender until it is smooth. It has 144 calories per serving.

Breakfast Bacon Burger
For making this you need 1 egg, ½ teaspoon trans fat-free margarine, 1 Thomas’ Honey Wheat English Muffin, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, 1 slice of low-fat American cheese and some vegetables according to your liking. First, split and toast the muffin and then add ½ teaspoon margarine. Then you need to break the egg in the microwave dish and insert a toothpick in the yolk before covering it with a plastic wrap. Let the microwave be on high for 30 seconds and then add the Canadian bacon, egg and cheese to the muffin and then heat it for 20 seconds. Add the vegetables to it. It has 300 calories per serving.

The I-Haven’t-Had-My-Coffee-Yet Sandwich
For preparing this you need 2 slices turkey or ham, 1 ½ teaspoons of low-fat cream cheese, 1 halved whole-wheat pita and lettuce or green vegetables. You need to apply the cream cheese in the pita’s pockets and then stuff the vegetables and meat in it. It has 225 calories per serving.

Eggs Beneficial Breakfast Sandwich
For this you need 3 large egg-whites, 2 slices of whole-wheat toasted bread, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 large whole egg, 1 sliced tomato, 1 slice of Canadian bacon and 1 sliced green bell pepper. First, mix up the egg whites and whole egg in a bowl and add the flaxseed to it. Spray some vegetable oil in a nonstick and fry the mixture until it looks like a toast. Then add the tomato, bacon, pepper and other vegetables in it. It has 399 calories per serving.
