There are more women than men but that does not mean that a woman should just accept the first man who appears to her. There is still the need to look for what you can conveniently call your ideal man. There are certain qualities that an ideal man should have.
Politeness
All women want to be treated as queens. That is why the guy who still finds it necessary to open doors and pull the chair for you will be the perfect person to give you the queenly treatment you always desire.
It does not end with you. The polite guy should treat all women in the same manner. A guy who treats his mother and sisters with a lot of kindness and respect is sure to give you the same kind of treatment.
Sense of security
Your ideal man should be able to protect you. He must feel secure himself to be able to give you that security. He should not be someone who is unable to show his true feelings. But he should be able to control his emotions. Your ideal man should not be crying more than you do.
Passion and ambition
A man should have a passion or an ambition; something that moves him to succeed. This is the only assurance that he will be responsible and will be able to take care of you and the whole family. He should have a positive outlook of things, not someone who is pessimistic or easily defeated.
Confidence
Your man should be confident enough to carry himself about. He should try too hard in order to be presentable. This will make things easy for you when you have to introduce him to your family.
Fun
Your ideal man should be able to make you laugh on a bad day. Life will not always be smooth for you; you will get down sometimes. That is when your ideal man should make you cheer up. That does not mean you should choose someone who is not serious enough to deal with the problems and issues that crop up.
Loyalty
Loyalty is the most important thing a woman should get from her man. You should do everything possible to test how loyal your man is.
