Wrinkle nose and flare nostrils. Keep to a count of 10, relax and repeat 5-times.
Smile broadly without opening lips, hold for 5-counts, relax and pucker up for a kiss. Repeat 10 times.
Smile with closed lips, suck in cheek and hold for ten counts, repeating ten times.
Within two weeks you should see obvious improvement in your face and six to nine months should have you looking ten years younger than your age.
