WASHINGTON— According to the recent studies it has been found that exercising during the teens i.e. 12 years helps in preventing breast cancer.

Women in the age groups of 35 to 50 years are sincerely are being advised by doctors to get active to decrease the risk of breast cancer after menopausal condition.

“This really points to the benefit of sustained physical activity from adolescence through the adult years, to get the maximum benefit,” stated by Dr. Graham Colditz of Washington University School of Medicine.

Studies have traced about 65,000 nurses aged between 24 to 42 years, who registered in a major health research. They gave complete detailed survey about their physical activity dating back to age 12 year. In 6 years of enrolling, 550 women were being diagnosed with breast cancer prior to menopause. A quarter of all breast cancer is diagnosed at these younger ages, when it is classically more violent.
