Enchilada Lasagna
Enchilada Lasagna is a very delightful Mexican recipe. It is not only delicious but can be a good food for abs diet too. Here is a recipe that can provide you exactly what you are looking for:
The ingredients you will require are: 1 1?2 c reduced-fat Mexican-blend or Cheddar cheese, 1?2 lb ground turkey breast, 1 c low-fat and low-sodium cottage cheese, 1 c canned drained and diced tomatoes, 1?2 c chopped scallions, 1?4 c diced canned jalapeño peppers, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, 9 6″ corn tortillas, 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 c taco sauce.
First heat the turkey in a saucepan until the color is brown. Take a bowl and mix the turkey, cheese saving 1/2c, tomatoes, cottage cheese, peppers, scallions, chilli powder and garlic and mix well all the ingredients. Take a baking dish of 11″ x 7″ and coat it with cooking spray. Three tortillas have to be placed on the baking dish and half of the turkey mixture has to be topped on it. Put three more tortillas and add the remaining mixture on top of them. Add the last three tortillas on top and add taco sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Bake it for 20 minutes at a temperature of 375°F. This can serve 4 people and provides a per serving nutritional value of 437 calories, 43 g carbohydrates, 34 grams protein, 893 milligrams sodium, 11 g fat out of which 6 g as saturated and 3 g fiber.
Popeye and Olive Oil Salad
For this you need 3 slices chopped prosciutto, 1 1?2 c chopped romaine lettuce, 1 1?2 c chopped baby spinach leaves, 1?3 c sliced strawberries, 1?3 c mandarin orange slices and 2 tablespoons diced red onion. 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar, 1 1?2 teaspoon olive oil, 1?8 teaspoon black pepper and 1?2 clove crushed garlic for dressing. Mix the main ingredients and add the dressing on the mixture. It has a nutritional value of 238 calories, 23 g carbohydrates, 9 g protein, 450 mg sodium, 14 g fat out of which 4 g as saturated fat and 6 g fiber.
