Sweat and humidity takes off more water content in summer. The body glucose level gets sucked out in hot sun and the energy level drops down very fast for many people. Because of the low energy level, people feel fatigue sometimes. These problems can be easily solved by following some of the home based remedies. Here in this article we see some tips for eating well on summer season specifically.

Water, Water, Water – It is stressed enough number of times by doctors to drink plenty of water at summer time. This point is stressed ample amount of times in normal days itself. Especially on summer, it is very important to increase the intake of water. Tiredness and fatigue due to loss of water can be solved by more water intake. If water intake is less in summer, the skin may look dull and eyes will lack the glitter of energy. Any person is recommended to drink at least two litres of water everyday. Dehydration is a common problem during air travel. So you will need to drink more and more water on a plane.

Omega 3 and 6 gives energy for the body and helps in fighting against the burning sun. Fish are rich in these elements. You can eat lots of oily fish like mackerel, salmon etc. These dishes hydrate the skin and stimulate the brain and keep the body active and energetic. You can eat fish four or five times in a week. In summer season, this can be done easily by increasing the intake of fish in every meal also.

Magnesium is an important element to keep the skin fresh. With lack of magnesium, your skin may look dull. There are lots of fresh fruits and vegetables have ample amount of magnesium. You can have more fresh fruits and juices at any part of the day in summer to keep you fresh and energetic.
Include more calcium based foods in tour diet, to keep your bones strong and hair strong. To avoid the hair getting dry, you can have vitamin E tablets or the easy way of increasing carrots in your diet. You can substitute coffee or tea with a glass of chilled carrot shake.
