The ricotta and garlic have to be stirred and blended and then applied to the bread. Then, the chicken and mozzarella cheese topping has to be added along with the salt and pepper seasoning. The pizza has to be then baked at 375°F for 6 minutes. To make this pizza you will need 1 ready-made flatbread, such as Flat Out, 3 tablespoons of marinara sauce, chopped 2 1/2 tablespoons crushed pineapple, 3 slices deli ham, 3 tablespoons grated low-fat, Cheddar cheese, carefully drained 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. The marinara has to be applied on the bread. The toppings of ham, pineapple, pepper flakes and cheddar have to be added along with the seasonings of salt and pepper.

To make this you need 1 ready-made flatbread, such as Flat Out, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, 3/4 cup chopped and defrosted frozen shrimp, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon sliced fresh basil. The peanut butter and the soy sauce have to be stirred and blended and then spread on the bread. You can then add the onion, shrimp, and basil and mozzarella toppings and bake it for 6 minutes at 375°F.
