Thereby until we get enough through diet, we may experience a deficiency, leading to low serotonin levels that are found to be linked with mood disorders, anxiety cravings and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

‘Following a diet which contains foods rich in naturally occurring serotonin will improve your mood, leaving you energized and in a state of harmony and wellbeing,” said Dr Caroline

Dr Longmore claims the best way to get best tryptophan levels is through a cautiously devise eating plan. She rates dozens of foods for their levels of tryptophan.
