Easy Abs Diet Smoothies

Smoothies are very much liked by many people. They are nutritious, delicious, and easy to make and make you feel cool. They can be made in various ways. You can add fruits in the smoothie, crushed ice, dairy products such as yogurt or nonfat ice-cream that would make the smoothie thick and creamy. You can even add wheat-germs, flax seeds, ground oats, or other nutritious items to enhance the fiber and vitamin content thereby making it more nutritious and providing an excellent supplement for breakfast.

Diet smoothies should not consist of fat ice-creams and thick creams, instead non-fat yogurt and ice-creams can be added along with crushed ice to make the smoothie thick.

Here are two quick recipes of smoothies that you will surely like:
Extreme Chocolate
To make an extreme chocolate smoothie, add 1 scoop of low-fat ice-cream, 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup, ½ cup of low-fat chocolate milk, 1 tablespoon of chocolate whey protein powder, ½ banana and three ice cubes. Mix these contents and blend them. It can serve one person and provides 355 calories, 60 g carbohydrates, 17 g proteins, 158 mg sodium. 6 g total fat out of which 4 g saturated fat and 4 g fiber.

Dark Vader Smoothie

To make the Dark Vader Smoothie mix ½ cup reduced fat ricotta cheese, 1 scoop low-fat chocolate ice-cream, ½ cup low-fat chocolate milk, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon chocolate whey protein powder and 3 ice cubes in a blender. The smoothie will be prepared once the ingredients are properly blended. It can serve one person. It can provide total of 400 calories, 40 g carbohydrates, 29 g protein, 315 mg sodium, 15 g total fat out of which 10 g saturated fat and 2 g fiber.
If you like chocolates, you will enjoy these smoothies as much as they will prove beneficial to you as they will meet your daily nutrition needs without increasing the fat content.
