Dry hair in winter
Winter always showers dryness to hair. The cold, dry climate doesn’t only leave you mood swing and drained, but takes toll to your hair and skin. Every one would love to look for a solution to keep hair silky and smooth through out the year. For this matter you just need to take extra steps to maintain or keep it healthy.
During winter its healthy way to keep trimming alternately. Follow your regular conditioning and gelling treatments. Do not stop it. This will make your hair healthy and will protect from any damage. If you want your hair to shine through then you should start early. Winter is a very dry season and everything gets dried up. So, before it takes toll on your body, nip it.
You can add onto your treatment by changing your daily hair care routine. It is important to keep alternating your regular conditioner with an extra moisturizing one.
In order to avoid limp and weighed down by too much of moisturizer you must change once in a week or daily.
Don’t blow dry your hair too much during winter. It damages your quality more. You must not forget to apply styling products like sprays, gels or conditioners which is specially designed to protect your hair.
You also must be able to keep checking your intake of Vitamins like C, E, A and other B vitamins to keep your hair healthy not only from outside but also from inside.
Add vegetables and fruits in your daily meal to help you naturally. They are the best medicines in fact. Your hair gets its nutrition from inside like your skin do.
Drink plenty of water to retain moisture in your body. It will protect you from dehydration. It will give glow not only to your skin but also you will achieve shining hair.
Last but not the least; you can massage your scalp to stimulate the roots and to get growing.
