Eye ShadowThe most dramatic eye makeup starts with eye shadow that stands out and makes the eye pop. It is achieved by using a light eye shadow from the edge of the lashes all the way up to the brow bone.
This is then accentuated by a single line of dark eye shadow on the crease of the eye. This makes the eye appear larger.
Another means of achieving a dramatic look is by using vibrant colors. These examples can be seen in exclusive fashion magazines. The use of bright colors like red, blue, and green adds drama to the overall appearance.
Eyeliner is further used to define the eyes. It can be used on both the upper and lower eyelids. From the upper eyelid, it may be swept up from the corner of the eye.
Eyeliner on the bottom eyelid can be swept outwards for a dramatic look. Mascara can be used to add volume to the eyelashes and make them appear fuller, thicker, and darker. Two coats may be applied for a dramatic look. This look can be completed by using false eyelashes.
