Do away with your runny nose
It can put you in a very embarrassing situation especially when you are at the dinning table or you are dinning with some special guests. It not only looks dirty but leaves you in a very irritated moment. This is a common symptom of winter. When winter season comes, it always comes with a huge package of health problems. So, you need to be alert and concerned about the forthcoming unhealthy situations.
This nasty problem can be triggered due to eating outside, spicy foods or stress.
It is also derived that because of the biological link to autonomic nervous system.
They say you could get rid off without any medicines and they proved to quite beneficial, who ever performed these exercises earlier.
You just need to do the following steps. Give ten pressures on a cavity at the corner of your nostrils. While performing almost close and open the nostrils.
Do again ten pressures on a cavity just below the corner of your eyes near the nose.
Perform ten pressures on a cavity just below your ear, behind the earlobes.
Give ten massages to your earlobes. You should feel instant relief of your nasal congestion after performing the above steps.
You are advised to perform the same steps after ten minutes in order to make it permanent else congestion could return again.
The pressures are round movements so, you need to look at the picture and perform them. It will be convenient for you do efficiently.
You can also go for a running exercise for runny nose. This is quite efficient too. Early morning running is useful. Make routine according to your convenience and do the above pressures and go for a running. This will definitely give you relief. Runny nose is a winter syndrome you need not bother so much.
