Diet dilemmas for the New Year

It is a well known fact that New Year brings new things with new morning in life of the people. In addition to that it also brings different dilemmas in the day-to-day life of people. Likewise, the people who are interested in eating usually get into the diet dilemma for the New Year.

The first and the foremost dilemma which is faced by these people is that “How they can cut their cholesterol”. Experts explain that there are two main sources through which you can gain cholesterol. The first source of gaining cholesterol is food. All types of food that originate from animals contains cholesterol i.e. meat, eggs or shrimp. This type of food contains high fat which results in high level of cholesterol in the blood. Thus, experts also advice you that you should eat limited amount of food which contains saturated fats or Trans fats. They also advice you that you should not include the foods like chicken pie, cheese sandwich or potato with butter in your meals of New Year party.

Expert’s advice that you should replace this type of food with broiled chicken and turkey or you can also opt for broiled fish. In order to control the level of cholesterol in your blood, you should eat more fruits and vegetables.

Another major thing which becomes a dilemma for the people is that “How they can feed their skin?”  Expert’s says that as you grow up your skin needs the collagen as well as the elastic fibers. These are the two major things which support your skin. People think that they can care there skin by using the cosmetics in the permanent way. However, it is a fact that as you grow old your skin gain wrinkles and lines etc. It is advised by the experts that you can slow these lines and wrinkles on the skin by eating healthy food. One can also perform regular exercises to keep the skin fit and healthy. In addition to that you should drink at least 1-2 liters of water every day from this New Year.

These all above stated things will help you to get out from the diet dilemmas for the New Year.
