Did You Know That Snoring Can Reduce Fat
Just think that you are sleeping with your friend and if she or he starts snoring loudly you would definitely get annoyed. However, this may be hard for you to sleep but then your friend could be losing weight, while snoring you can burn calories. It sounds funny but it’s true. Yes, more calories you can burn if you snore louder and heavier.
Some develop snoring due to over weight although this does not prove directly but the recent study has come out with the fact that you snore more when you are over weight. They have announced that snoring is a healthy habit. This is something to do with sleeping disorder however, weight and sleep related problem is not exactly linking with each other but there is a certain conclusion drawn by the medical expertise.
As per the study obesity is one of the major reasons to develop sleep disorder, breathing problem and this is so because there occurs the change in body weight and this affects your sleeping severely. Over weight is a major issue today and everybody wants to shed off some calories to keep one healthy and slim. Obesity has never been described as healthy symbol and this is one of the major factors that could lead to many disastrous heart problems in later life.
Snoring is a blessing from heaven for all those who have weight problem and who have the habit of snoring. Snoring may be nuisance for other person but it is helping your buddy to reduce weight so never mind you can stop him and her to stop now. This is not just a rumor to spread on but it really has been proved by the health study conducted in American medical expertise. So, happy news for all those who snore while sleeping.
