The caring of a child during the day by someone who is not the parent or legal guardian is termed day care or child care. Day care is the caring of a child during specific time periods. The need of child day care has increased as a result of the rising of families with two working parents.

When considering a child day care the following points should be considered
1) THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN UNDER A CAREGIVER
The ratio of the giver to the children should be low so as to ensure that your child gets the maximum attention he or she can get

As a parent you must check the safety of the child that is you must be aware of the requirements of a child being checked in and checked out. There must be a secure policy to prevent child theft.

When looking for a day care you must ask others on the reputation of the daycare. One can also visit child care professionals for more important information about the day cares
4) NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
One must ask on the qualification of the child care giver so as to know if the day care giver is able to work with kids patiently and also has experience on first aid in case a kid gets hurt. The parent should also know who is in charge, and who is facilitating the day care

A variety of day cares are provided on the internet, to get one that suits for your child consider looking up on the internet.
6) Have information about the day care prior to putting your child
As a parent, you must investigate through internet or ask the hotels which you will be staying if they have child care facilities and also what will be expected from them as parents or guardians.

A good day care must have rules set that are expected to be followed by the parent and the child. Parents should check these rules to see if they are viable and are protecting their children from harmful
