You will get to know just what you do, and do not want in a woman – Especially if your dating experience is limited, having more than one gives you a better understanding of what you want – and need! You always have a “back-up” – As you get to know a woman, you are going to get “tested” [It’s good to have a back-up or two so you do not have to throw away those expensive theatre tickets! Women are picky – by dating more than one you increase your odds of finding and keeping one that you will be with for a long time and women are competitive – Think your friends are competitive? It is important to know while dating two women, try being with more than one woman! Women love a challenge – The bigger challenge they perceive you to be, the harder they’ll work for your exclusive attention. There is no “perfect woman” – each woman offers a unique set of benefits and problems. You may find that by dating more than one at a time, you will get a good mix of the benefits. You need to protect yourself in dating two women. Just like you use condoms every time you have sex (you DO use condoms – right?), you need to protect yourself in other ways too. If she sense that you are with someone else, she is going to just “stop by” to say hello, or call at inconvenient times and you may want to make it a habit of not answering your door unless you are expecting someone. At least, do not answer when “Ms. Stripper” is over having a drink!
What experts’ think about dating two women is first, you need to realize that this woman is trying to make you responsible for her insecurity, in other words, by implying all that about other women, she is setting you up to knock you down. She senses that you are not as committed to her as she wants so that if she finds you are dating other women, she may come back and say tell you what an asshole you are, and “How dare you take advantage of her trust like that!” etc., etc. If you get a call anywhere from another women when you are with her, just say on the phone, “I am sorry, I am busy right now and may not talk to you right now.”
Then, claim to her that work called, or one of your buddies, and that you “…wanted to give your entire attention to her right now…” Even better, do not carry your cell phone, or answer your home phone when you are with her. In fact, turn your answering machine to silent unless you are by yourself as this is important in dating two women. One more thing to watch when dating two women – your wallet! Dates are expensive anyway, often costing $100 or more. If you’re dating twice a week, this adds up pretty quickly. You may need to be more creative on how you spend your dating two women dollar. Memorable dates don’t have to result in a second mortgage – you just have to be a little creative.
