Avocados work perfectly to reduce your blood pressure. You get stress when you have high blood pressure and this is caused due to lack of certain healthy foods. So, eating avocados will surely help to reduce the problem.

Add oat in your daily diet. It is an enhancer of your serotonin. Serotonin helps to boost brains and it produces its own stress relieving chemical. Make sure to eat oatmeal before stepping out from the house.
