Christmas is a time to merry and enjoy. The warm spirit of Christmas in the chilled winter month of December creates the harmony of fun, merriment and excitement all around. In these holidays it’s the time to celebrate and no celebration is complete without some excellent wine a great food around you. This festive season is the time to experiment for the wine lovers. To get in the right festive mood for Christmas it is necessary to have the right selection of wine.

Jarvis Estate Shiraz:-
Jarvis Estate Shiraz is a classical wine, with the flavors of ripe damson and raspberry fruit. This wine is basically a fruit driven wine, crimson in color and has a peppery taste.
Taste: – it has a plum aroma and strong Shiraz flavor. It has a lingering warm and spicy aftertaste.
Food to match: – lamb, venison and blue cheese add as supplementary to this wine.
Casa Antonete Tempranillo:-
Casa Antonete Tempranillo has a strong aroma of mint and tobacco mingled with dark damson fruit. The mouth of the wine bottle has heaps of cherry fruits and damsons, with an excellent finishing as well. This wine is of great value.

Cape Spring Pinotage:-
This wine has an ingenious elegant aroma and spicy aftertaste mainly associated with pinotage. It is a deep garnet colored wine and has excellent value.
Taste:-Provided with the taste of black cherry and ripe bramble with a moderate flavor of mulberry and loganberry fruits, emphasized by coffee in the background.
Food to match:- Cape Spring Pinotage goes well with turkey, goat cheese, blue cheese and venison.
Fleurie_Faiveley:-
It has a smooth silky body complemented by a lingering finish. It is deep ruby red in color.
Taste: - It tastes strongly like mature strawberries with ingenious spicy hints.
Food to match: – Noodles and pasta go well with it.
