Choosing The Right Eye-shadow

Personally, I like using eye-shadows in the summer. It does not run like pencils and coupled with the glitter, it gives that summery relaxed look.
Choose the right colour and shade, and if applied correctly, you will add depth to your eyes, and even make the eyes look smaller, bigger, set closely together or set apart.
Always go for good-quality eye-shadows, it stays longer and do not crease or flake or fade easily. Apply an eye-shadow by swiping from the inner corner of your eye to the outside and upward to brow bone.
To get dramatic eyes, apply darker shades along the crease of the lid. Blue-eyed people should go for black, mixed with bright blue colour to create smoky eyes. For funky looks, silver, turquoise and fuchsia colours look good. Those with green and hazel eyes can go for brown, apricot, purple, plum and forest green colours to highlight the colour of the eyes.
Brown eyes go well with copper, bronze, champagne, beige and forest-green colours and brown eye-shadow will give a doe-eyed look. Vibrant colours like tangerine, royal blue, hot pink and lime-green are hot with the younger generation. If you are not sure about the colours, just go for navy or charcoal based shades and powder-blue for highlighting effects.
