First of all, you have to choose a place that suits you in two ways – your budget and your dream. The theme and the place will determine the kind of activities you can do to make the occasion memorable.
There are various options you can choose from: a private farmhouse, a wedding reception hall, club space, ballroom, a romantic restaurant etc.

You can also have your reception at a disco where there will be limitless fun with the disc lights and lots of drinks and finger foods apart from the main meal.

If you have a budget that can allow a mini cruise, you can go for it. This will give you a great feeling with the breeze, good food, and fairy lights. That will be very memorable.
There are certain things that cannot be left out whatever the location you choose. They are clean loose with sufficient water, comfortable chairs that are well arranged and walking space. You should also provide a cover in case it rains.
