    Alright, for starters, there is NO way to restore one’s lost virginity! Once you lose it, you lose it, period. Virginity is the state of NEVER (and I mean NEVER) having had sex, meaning that once you’ve had sex, you can NEVER be a virgin again, no matter what you do. Virginity has NOTHING to do with a girl’s hymen, and as the article has suggested, there are many other ways in which hymen can be broken, other than sex.

    With that said, it is possible to restore one’s hymen, in which case it bleeds just like a “virgin” vagina, the next time they have an intercourse. However, it is a pointless practice, and quite frankly, in this day and age, it saddens as well as angers me to see that so many people wish to “regain” their “virginity” for their wedding night. It is absurd as it is that women would be expected to remain virgins till wedding night, especially in today’s society, but the fact that so many people relate virginity to the existance of the hymen is even worse.

    In conclusion, no… There is no way to “restore virginity” but there is a way to restore hymen, that is if you’re so shallow as to relate virginity to that… My case rests.

    I am quite frankly horrified. Is this really the best way to start a marriage- by pretending to be something that you are not? A Hymen can be broken from all sorts of things, even by horseriding or gymnastics, so actually having one isnt necessary for this farce that you are all trying to pull off.

    If I was your husband I would be more upset that you were misleading me than anything.

    If it really matters that much to you then:
    1) You shouldnt have lost it in the first place.
    2) If you are dead set on decieving your husband, then how is he going to know if your are a virgin or not? Just because you havent bled doesnt prove anything. I didnt bleed on my first time, it just hurt rather alot.
    3) If he “accuses” you of not being a virgin and gets nasty about it, is he really the sort of man you want to be with for the rest of your life.

    But number 1 really is the big one. Ever thought of thinking ahead? If you needed to be a virgin, then why didnt you wait?

    Anyway, as Borgoth said there is so much more to virginity than a bit of skin. I would imagine for men wanting a virgin bride, it is because they want something untouched, unused. Its not the Hymen they are after!

    I don’t know when this is going to change. The stigma attached to losing virginity. We live in a modern world where many taboos have vanished but still this one hangs around.

    Really you all are amazing! Its not necessary that you’ll have to bleed on your first penetration. Don’t try to regain your virginity again. Instead,try to be honest and loyal to your husband. And as the article said,having sex is not the only way to rupturing the hymen knot! So,just forget about worrying too much.
