thinninghair Lately everyone has been asking the same thing — can one really stop hair from becoming thin? In other words, can one stop losing hair? The answer is why not? Nothing is impossible.

This is indeed a big problem, but has plenty of solutions. All you have to do is find the remedies and use them properly. But before that, you need to find the reason why you are having this problem.

Most of the time, we tend to accuse our shampoo as the main cause of hair loss. That is partly true. Shampoo contains chemicals, and no chemical is good for hair. But this does not mean you should stop using shampoo.

You have to choose your shampoo very carefully. It is better to use a herbal shampoo. If that does not help, then try using a baby shampoo. Since they are mild, they are practically harmless.

Next in line is your diet. It is very important that you have a healthy diet. The hair comes out from the scalp. This means the hair needs the nutrition from the inside.

If the necessary nutrients are missing in your meal then you are bound to have thin hair and the remaining hair will fall off. You have to make sure you eat a good amount of fruits, vegetables, and fish.

These foods will meet the body’s demand of vitamin, protein, zinc etc. at the same time; have a glass of milk everyday.

A healthy diet will get you half the way. To get the full benefit, you have to make a habit of working out. Exercise will increase the blood circulation in the body. This will provide more oxygen in the body, which is beneficial for hair growth.

If you wish you have thick hair and want the hair to grow long fast then here is the tip for you. Make a mixture of castor oil and coconut oil. You can also mix a bit of olive oil to the mixture. Apply the oil to your scalp and massage well. Then wash your hair with shampoo.

Last but not the least; apply onion juice on the scalp every alternative day. Keep it for 5-7 minutes and then wash with water. No need to shampoo. And do not worry, the hair does not smell at all.
