Break the Muscle Barrier

Often when you follow the same routine for workout, you tend to get bored. When the same old routine is followed everyday for muscle-building, it becomes monotonous and the body adapts to the routine and the rate of development is decreased.

Eight Exercises
There are 8 different exercises that one can try to revive the growth and cure the boredom resulting from monotonous exercises. These exercises are very normal and can even be performed in public without bringing any embarrassment to you. These are very effective exercises and are adaptations of classic, old-school muscle builders such as the bench press. After performing these exercises you will notice that the muscles are building up faster than ever and you are more inclined to follow this regime.

The eight exercises are divided in four pairs. The first two exercises make one pair and have to be performed 3 times as a superset, followed by next 2 exercises that make another pair. Between two pairs, there should be a brief period of rest. Hence, the 2 exercises in a pair are to be performed continuously, but after completing each pair, there should be a small break.

First, the Dumbbell Split Jerk has to be performed with 6 repetitions per side along with Swiss-Ball Mountain Climber with 10 repetitions per side. Then, after a brief period of rest, next pair follows, which constitutes of Front-Loaded Bulgarian Split Squat with 8 repetitions per side along with Dumbbell Close Grip Floor Press having 8 repetitions. Next superset is of Dumbbell Swing with 12 repetitions and Decline Spider-Man Pushup with 8 repetitions per side. Last pair is of, Single-Leg DeadLift with 10 repetitions per side followed by Underhand Inverted Row with 15 repetitions.

You can effectively replace these eight exercises to your daily monotonous routine and can see the improvement working. You will feel fresher and develop your muscles at a good rate.
