If you are used to work under stress, then it is probable that your immunity levels are at an all time low. This is the right time for the bugs to strike.
It might take time and effort to stay stress-free, however, it is always worth the effort. You can equip yourself with relaxation techniques to help you get rid of stress.
Have a nice diet
Stuffing yourself with fast food is not exactly what we are talking about here. In order to fight the flu virus, you will need lots of nutrients and fruits and vegetables will be more than beneficial here.
Chillies and oranges are rich in vitamin C. Blueberries have loads of vitamin B while spinach ups your immune system. These fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrients like antioxidants and zinc and several others that will enhance your immunity.
Add some exercise
You do not have to spend hours in the gym if you do not have the time. However, the least you can do is add a little bit, about half an hour, of exercise or physical activity in your routine.
Even some kind of movement like climbing stairs, doing household work or anything simple like that can be helpful to enhance your immunity. Taking a nice walk can do wonders.
Have lots of water
You might have heard this before; implement it. Drink water. If you just cannot seem to include it in your diet, keep a bottle full of water and vow to finish it. This can get you started.
