Best Way to Become Pregnant
November 10, 2009
One, among the most significant factors you will require to know when you are attempting to become pregnant, is the best days for conception. Attempting is simply fun at any time, but in case you desire to narrow down the time you are most fertile, then you are obviously required to keep track of your menstrual cycle and the periods when you are best receptive to getting pregnant.
Estimating your fertility period may be as low tech as purchasing a calendar and tracing various days, to high tech and indulging in an ovulation prediction kit, in which you receive a digital analysis of your days for best conception. In both cases, it is an excellent idea to have a bit of knowledge regarding your fertility cycle, before you invest considerably in a lot of equipment.
You are best fertile about one-third of the month. Now, you might hear of other ladies conceiving at different period of times, and it might be that their cycle was not regular, or they were not aware that sperm can actually reside up to 5 days in a lady’s body (mostly 2 days, but there have been cases of up to five).
If you have not yet begun tracking your menstrual cycles, then do it immediately. The 1st day of your menstrual cycle commences on the first day you commence bleeding.
If you are already tracking your cycle, then give attention to the last 8-12 months of your cycles. The whole extension of your period is from the 1st day you shed blood of the previous month, to the 1st day you commenced bleeding of the following month.
Once you have counted the number of days of your periods, choose the longest and briefest monthly cycles. Deduct 18 from the briefest period, to get an idea of the earliest fertility day possible. Again, deduct eleven days from your longest cycle to get an idea of the latest fertility day possible.
Now, you get an array of days in your cycle in which you can attempt to conceive. Commence on the day starting your fertility cycle, and complete as late as the last day.
If you strictly follow this formula, you will certainly conceive within a few months. In case you have not yet tracked your cycles, you can still employ this technique of calculation, tracking each month’s menstruation as it happens. Based on the last 12 months, recalculate your numbers.
