The first thing we must do for building muscles is to visualize ourselves after muscle building. We should be to envision ourselves how we shall develop our muscles and how our physique should appear after building muscle.
We should not get disheartened by the absence of muscle growth soon after we start working out. If we desire the respect and attention of glamorous girls by getting amazing six pack abs muscles then we must not stop working and we should first start thinking about these things.

We should change the style of doing workouts each time and we should change the order of doing workouts. For example, we can start with shoulder press and in the middle we can do lateral raise or squats to focus on our legs.
We can do some muscle boosting with some giant sets or supersets and with lot of variations in the workouts.
The next thing is the nutrition that we intake every day since it affect the amount of calories that we have for our daily activities. If we work for one hour and we do not eat the necessary food then we will start losing weight and become week.
We should have a good snack with peanuts, fruits or some protein shakes that can boost our energy levels while we do workouts. After every workout we must eat plenty of calories.
We must have good rest and sleep for at least 8 hours each day. We must stay focused on the muscle building and also focus on our aim without getting distracted.
