Beautiful People attain longevity

London, England: Beautiful people are in good health and live longer as per the research that claims beauty is an advert for good genes.
The research backs the claim that manliness/femininity of faces was linked with evenness– a trait that earlier work said was good-looking– and hence advertised prominence and beauty, that is good genes.
“Both traits could publicize quality in terms of fight to disease, or environmental stresses and that might mean people with these traits are in good health and live longer than others,” Dr Anthony Little of the University of Stirling said.
Dr Anthony Little added, “We seek a partner with attractive looks as this is a biological advert that says good genes are to be originated in this meticulous body to help our own genes flourish in the next generation.
Dr Little said that “over-all our work suggests that symmetry and manliness in faces signal the same thing and that these signals are there across human populations and also in our non-human primate relatives.” The research was accomplished across cultures and types, and concentrated on symmetry.
Dr Little and his colleagues used mug shots of Europeans, the Hadza of Tanzania, one of the last hunter gatherer cultures, and macaque monkeys, to take dimensions and asked people to judge the manliness of the most and least symmetric pictures, the Daily Telegraph reported.
