Add Years To Your Ageing Feet
Truth about human skin is that it starts to show its age by developing wrinkles, dull, sagginess, rigid toe movement, stiffness in bone and various other skin related problems. The most noticeable part of your body part is your feet. According to the health experts (medical experts food), foot problems generally tend to develop as people age and because of this there is a restriction in mobility as well. However, one can still protect skin from dullness, patchiness and other problems related to ageing by taking certain precautions and also through proper skin care routine and regular exercises.
The following are the suggestions that have been offered by medical experts from renowned American Podiatric Medical Association. They are: one has to do regular exercises such as simply by taking a walking, feet exercise and other leg exercises. Walking is considered to be the best feet exercise. It stimulates your blood circulation and retains your skin longitivity and sturdy bones. When you go for a walk you must see that you are not forgetting to wear shoes. Your shoes have to be sturdy in sole and upper area should be soft enough to make you walk comfortably. Sometimes, wearing wrong shoes can create problems.
Foot problems like corns, you must always make it a point to see a podiatrist, never try to apply your self medication. They should be removed by doctors only. Apart from following the above methods, you should always keep your feet clean by washing them regularly. Soak your feet in Luke warm water along with gentle soap. This will remove dead skin. Apply moisturizer after your feet are dried. Your toenails should be cut weekly.
Whenever, you face foot problems never neglect, always make it a point to see podiatrist. Anything that has to do with health should be consulted to doctors first. Follow these methods and keep your feet young and strong.
