If you want to destroy the disease fast then the best option is to fill up your kitchen with more fruits, vegetables and other officially prescribed foods. This can be added with regular physical exercises such as walking, yoga, swimming and out door exercise.
Diabetic patient must also carry the pen which is an instrument that is used for a self detection to see the level of sugar level. This will keep you alert and also it will motivate you to work on for better tomorrow.
