It is an exercise which helps to strengthen your legs as well as your hips. For practicing this workout you have to stand straight together with your feet and arms. You should create a gap of 4 to 5 feet between both feet. Lift your arms up and move your right foot towards right with the inhale and exhale respectively. After that, move your hips as well as left foot in the same direction. You should also bend your knees at the right angle as you exhale next time. After taking 3 to 10 deep and slow breaths you can come in the starting position.
