Yoga is not the solution of all the problems but it is a fact that you can improve your routine with the help of yoga. People think that yoga is a boring and fake concept. However, it is an exercise which helps in connecting your mind as well as your body. Here are some of the poses which are a man’s guide to yoga. These poses are as follows:-

Cobra Pose:-
You can use this pose in your normal routine in order to have the perfect fitness and in order to remove soreness. It is a pose which helps for your entire vertebrae. It provides strength to your spine as well as helps to improve the tendency of the spinal column as well.

In order to practice this exercise first you have to lie on the floor in such a way that your belly and forehead touches the floor. Now you should place your palms facing down and put your legs together as well. In addition to that you should try to stretch your legs top towards the floor and then try to pull up your chest up with the help of your back. In this workout you should not take the supports of your hands and hold in this position for 10 to 20 seconds and even your breath. After that you should get back to your normal position.

It is an exercise which helps to strengthen your legs as well as your hips. For practicing this workout you have to stand straight together with your feet and arms. You should create a gap of 4 to 5 feet between both feet. Lift your arms up and move your right foot towards right with the inhale and exhale respectively. After that, move your hips as well as left foot in the same direction. You should also bend your knees at the right angle as you exhale next time. After taking 3 to 10 deep and slow breaths you can come in the starting position.
